Architects & Designers

As well as working directly with many clients, we find our services are commissioned by people who wish to draw on our in-depth knowledge and expertise in the areas of conservation and restoration to enhance their own service offering.

We often work with architects and interior designers to compliment the work they provide for their clients.

Our Services to Architects and Designers

Our wide-ranging skills in working with materials of different types, from stone and wood to decorative plaster, paint, varnish and gilding, means we are often called on to fulfil an architect’s design for a bespoke installation requiring specialist expertise, or by interior designers searching for craftspeople who can create a particular niche finish.

Our extensive knowledge of period materials, construction methods and finishes means we may also be approached to provide advice and recommendations at the planning stage, where historic interiors or structures require restoration, or in the event of these features needing to be preserved and sensitively incorporated into new designs or building adaptations.

RESTORING FAITH IN RESTORATION – A DEPENDABLE ROUTE TO RESTORING AND CONSERVING PRIZED POSSESSIONS.

The Farcroft Way

We know architects and designers rely on us to provide them with reliable recommendations that represent conservation and restoration best practice and will offer their clients the best solution for their needs.

At Farcroft Restorations Group, we are committed to acting with honesty and integrity throughout all that we do. The Farcroft way is to place quality of work and service at the heart of everything, and so we ensure the recommendations we offer and the work we carry out for third parties such as architects and designers, or insurance companies, are of the same high quality as that which we would undertake for our private clients.

By working with Farcroft, architects and designers can be assured of receiving expert advice founded on extensive, specialist knowledge of the topic area, as well as the skilled craft to create unique features that match their vision.
